A non-disclosure agreement is signed prior to the beginning of each assignment before the service is provided to ensure the utmost discretion and privacy for the client. We conduct our business in a manner that is entirely compliant with the GDPR general data protection requirements. In addition to this, we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), fully insured by ICO, and carry a public liability insurance policy in the amount of five million Pounds.

All of our operatives are Licensed and registered with the SIA. They have also been thoroughly screened in accordance with the requirements of BS 7858 and higher, which includes a complete employment, residential, financial, and service record check as well as a recent enhanced criminal record DBS check.
